Return Policy

You have 30 days to initiate the return process. Our return policy is determined by the delivery date rather than the purchase date, giving you plenty of time to check your item. The return window begins on the day your order arrives at your designated address. You cannot initiate returns after the 30-day window expires.

Returns are subject to our Terms of Service.

To initiate a return, contact us at customersupport@elevatetravel.us. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

Order Cancelation

Contact our customer support team at customersupport@elevatetravel.us before the order is shipped. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once the order is shipped, we cannot guarantee order cancellation, but you cans always return the order.

Damaged on Arrival

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged during transit, contact us immediately. Provide a description and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund based on your preference.

Change of Mind

Return the item within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Contact customer support at customersupport@elevatetravel.us to initiate the return.

For an Exchange

Your new order isn't what you were hoping for and you'd like to exchange it? No problem. Reach out to our customer service at customersupport@elevatetravel.us with your request and we will guide you through the order exchange process. Same rules as for the 'change of mind' apply.

Wrong Product Received

Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong product. We will arrange for a return and ship the correct product right away.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the same method used for the original payment.
