Shipping Area

We ship USA-wide.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free. We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home, 100% free. There is also no minimum order quantity required.

Order Handling

If you place your order before 2:00pm EST, we will start handling it the same day. Orders are handled within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. After this time the shipment for the order is delivered to the carrier company and ready for transit.

Transit Time

Estimated transit time is between 4 to 6 business days. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive an email when your order is shipped with a tracking number. We provide our customers with a self hosted tracking page which you can use to track your package.

Delayed Order

Occasionally, orders may experience delays due to factors outside our control, such as inclement weather or an influx of orders. Your order is expected to arrive within 8 business days (Monday to Friday) at the latest (which includes up to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) for handling and 6 business days (Monday to Friday) for shipping).

We kindly ask that you wait an extra 2 business days (Monday to Friday) before reaching out to us at customersupport@elevatetravel.us. We will then do our best to track down your order and provide you with an update.

Order Cancelation

Contact our customer support team at customersupport@elevatetravel.us before the order is shipped. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once the order is shipped, we cannot guarantee order cancellation, but you cans always return the order.

Damaged on Arrival

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged during transit, contact us immediately. Provide a description and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund based on your preference.

Wrong Product Received

Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong product. We will arrange for a return and ship the correct product right away.
